<p>A NMF can receive 3 awards:
2500 2500$ NM scholarship
a bunch of corporation sponsorship (mostly available to parents/relatives working at that company)
a bunch of college scholarships.</p>
<p>Here's my question: since the national merit 2500$ is on a competitive base, if the Finalist doesn't qualify for either the corporate sponsorship or the college scholarships (a college that doesn't offer anything), can he/she not receive anything?</p>
