National Merit Finalist studying Music

Hello, I'm a current junior and based on my PSAT score which I received about a month ago, it looks like I'm going to qualify for National Merit Semifinalist and possibly Finalist (I got a 224 in Texas, and the qualifying scores from the last few years have been 215-219).

I'm posting to ask about the music departments at schools that give big scholarships to NMF/NMSF. A complete list of schools that give full rides/tuition can be found here: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/national-merit-scholarships/649276-nmf-scholarships-updated-compilation.html.

I want to study Music Education (specifically vocal/choral music education) in college so I was hoping to get opinions on the music departments of these schools. I've heard good things about studying music at Baylor University, which does full tuition. Any thoughts?
