If you go to the websites for those two schools, they will tell you if they have scholarships for NMS. The benefit of going to the website is that you know you will get the most up to date information possible, a primary source is always the best.

TAMU offers big NM scholarship packages, as does UT Dallas, Univ. of Oklahoma, and Arizona State. You will get lots of mail from them once you are named a semifinalist (if you are a junior now, you're looking at hearing in September). My son got no mail (that I remember) from UT Austin, but received a lot (and continues to receive some letters) from the schools I've listed. I know TAMU even offered airfare for him to check it out, but he did not want to go to school that far away.

If you want to look at smaller schools, the University of Tulsa offers a very nice Presidential Scholarship. I just received full tuition and room and board for 4 years. It does have a degree of competitiveness to it.

A&M's website is kind of confusing. NMF end up with pretty much a "full-ride".
A sophomore I know who is on a NMF scholarship says it has paid for everything except for a few books.
