<p>Hey guys: so I’ve been told by my college counselor that with my score of 234 on the PSAT’s I will probably be a national merit semifinalist, but I’m sort of National Merit-illiterate so I have a few questions:</p>
<li>When does one find out about National Merit decisions?</li>
<li>What is usually the cutoff to be a finalist? scholar? If you were a finalist/scholar, what was your score?</li>

<li>Cutoffs vary by state (and they will come out in Sep 08). Here is a link to the 2007 cutoffs.
