My understanding is that the out of state portion of tuition is waived with the national merit scholarship, so after the scholarship approximately what is the cost of attending TAMU per year?
It looks like OOS total is $52,000 and OOS tuition is $36,000 so you’ll have around $16,000 left. I would call and check on the entire package, it may include other stuff.
This doesn’t seem like full tuition though.
