National Merit Scholarship, US Citizen overseas

<p>I'm an american citizen living overseas in China. Do I qualify for the National Merit Scholarship? I read that they usually send out emails to the qualified students in early September, but no one in my school has received anything. I got 217, which isn't great, but is higher than a good amount of the people in my grade. </p>

<p>I think US citizens abroad have to have a 223 or 224.</p>
