<p>a very quick question, this is my situation.. i was notified as a finalist, and i choose vanderbilt as my first choice, and i was admitted as Early Decision... does that automatically mean i can get a schlarship from vanderbilt? or... do the university pick and choose?</p>
<p>You will get a scholarship. Don't worry. Vanderbilt gives scholarships to all finalists who choose them as their top choice. If you don't get any other scholarships from Vanderbilt, you will get $5,000 per year. If you do, you'll get $2,000 per year. If you get the $2,500 award, you'll get that the first year and $2,000 thereafter. I hope this covers all the bases.</p>
