I have heard that ASU gives full rides to NMF. But I saw that they give 23k/yr to NMF. That would still leave around 9k/yr. So which one is true?

Not a full ride, but rather more than full tuition, to OOS NMF. It is 23k/yr. at present. One thing to keep in mind, this scholarship will not go up in all four years even though tuition and fees may go up in future years.

Yeah, but even not full ride, it’s still a lot less than most colleges. And the honors college really is awesome, both the institution and the physical location. A lot of the schools that offer full rides are just as iffy stat wise as ASU, but without the honors college. I do agree with the above poster, however. By the time I graduate, I’ll be lucky if my scholarship covers the tuition. Still glad I came here though.

It’s true that ASU used to give close to full rides to NMF a few years ago, but the school has had to reduce the value of these scholarships in recent years due to State budget cuts. It’s still a good bargain though – especially if you get into Barrett Honors College.

How much have tuition/costs been going up per year? Do you think they will raise the price a bit within the next couple years? Barrett looks awesome, but I can’t justify spending 10k+ per year when Michigan would be just over double.
