I am a rising senior from WI, and I got a 225 on my PSAT. I have seen on many threads on CC that CWRU offers excellent scholarships to National Merit Finalists. However, when I look for official information, it appears that the scholarship is only $1000-$2000 per year, which would not be enough to offset the relatively expensive cost of CWRU. Has CWRU cut back on these scholarships in the past few years, or do they just not advertise the scholarships on their site?

Every student who applies is considered for merit scholarships.

Quite the opposite, Case loves giving out scholarship money especially with all the millions of donates they raked in within the past few years. The money is kind of hidden though, I didn’t even know I had a scholarship until I showed up there in August. It is automatically added in your financial aid account and sometimes called merit aid, scholarships, grants, or various other names. Near everyone who goes to Case receives some sort of money, since they all deserve it.
