<p>yes, it definitley is - but they shouldn’t have named them yet for the 2011 grads</p>
<p>I think most people who qualify as a NMSF list it as an award on their college apps.</p>

<p>I received a letter through my counselor today assuring me that I would at least be commended.</p>
<p>oh, well then I guess you are good to go =], plus it does state that you are atleast commended on the score sheet.</p>
