National Merit

Do the two schools you select in the National Merit thing when you get the commendation letter get your scores/put them in your file? I got a 240, but didn't do as amazingly on SATs, so I kind of want colleges to see my PSAT scores.

1] SAT scores are more important that PSAT scores for college admission purposes. 2] You can't forward your PSAT scores to colleges, but that kind of a score [240! Wow!] means you will be a National Merit Finalist, which DOES mean a lot to many colleges.
What were your SAT scores?

2280 twice giving me 2320

You're golden. Relax.

niceilike i'm in a similar situation.
235 PSAT and 2330 SAT BUT if you superscore both my PSAT and SAT together i wouuld have a perfect. I got perfect W and M on PSAT and perfect R on SAT. Luckily, I recently found out that my school puts the PSAT scores on the school transcript. However, it won't be as important as the SAT score to colleges :(
I keep thinking I should have taken the SAT a third time, but owell. In reality, we should both be pleased with out scores, but then again, if only they could be even better... i'm depresed now

and what do you mean 2 schools? I thought you can only designate one school as top choice
