Maybe it's a little late to consider studying under the NSE but are there any good schools for undergraduate-level physics in NSE? I assume it is feasible to complete degree requirements (provided a school under NSE would allow me to take two physics courses, one elective and partial differential equations, since I hate abstract algebra, within one semester) under a study abroad plan.

If I get good grades while studying abroad, however, I assume these grades will carry over or be recognized as equivalent at my home school. I found my home school to be much too hard (once again, my own professors would claim that my current undergraduate physics program is Ivy League-level and we placed about ~4-5 students in Ivies for graduate school in the past 3 years or so) and putting me at a high risk of nervous breakdowns. Perhaps any of those four are easier than Ivies for upper-division physics and mathematics coursework...

I considered the following:

U Minnesota (Twin Cities)
U Arizona
U Hawaii-Manoa
Rutgers (physics is under the jurisdiction of SAS, which is NSE-eligible)
