Constant frat shutdowns started a downturn...

Go go ZooMass!

Indiana dropped like a rock, they were 6th last year.

As did Lehigh...hmmm, looks like PR sent out frat experts to every college campus to check out parties....or they gave a subjective survey to a few hundred random kids...

Where's OU on the list this year? That's an awesome party school, speaking from personal experience. Awesome.

They're sixth.

SUNY Albany went down from first at a time to like thirty something. i slept over at SUNY Albany and it sure is a party school.

OU as in Oklahoma? Oregon?

Oklahoma had their fraternities stop drinking in their houses after a fraternity member died. That really cut down on their party scene as chapters got used to holding more off-campus parties.

I'm surprised Colorado State wasn't mentioned b/c even after a girl died of alcohol poisoining, their administration voted to start selling hard alcohol at their football games...that's a dedicated boozing culture let me tell you.

definitely suny albany.

OU is what University of Ohio kids call their school for some reason. Even though Oklahoma has already sealed that name.

what about university of georgia?

From what I've gathered, UGA is tough to gauge as far as social life. There is definite segregation between groups, and there are many unhappy students to balance out the real partiers lovin every minute, moreso the more academic kids who complain about low class southern "hicks" dominating the scene. The music scene is massive if you're into that, although Athens is a pretty run down city.

oregon is U of O.

What happened to UIUC? They have the biggest Greek life in the country!

Arizona and Arizona St... they know how to party in the desert.

No college or university really wants students who like to party. Alcoholism, binge drinking, and drug abuse are big problems on some campuses. If you are looking for a good party school, that is a good indication that you should not go to college. Stay home, get a job, don't waste your parents' money.

Far to harsh Colleghelp. Most kids get through college just fine mixing social and academic aspects. You can avoid the social when you want to but if it is not here you will not have it when you fell like kicking it a bit. Balance is the key--not being at some bleak boring place for 4 years.
