naturally stupid

would i have any chance to get into a med program if i am naturally bad at english or just english in standardized testing (engsh is my first language). in school i do great in all subjects and get A's in english and other subjects and i am ranked 8 out of 654 students in my school. however, when i take the SAT's i can't seem to do good in critical reading. i took the SAT's in june and got a 790 M, 690W, and 550 CR. at first i thought this was because of a lack of practice but after a whole summer of studying and taking practice tests and princeton review courses, i still cant get above a 600. one time i got lucky and got a 610 but most of the times i just get like a 580. i must have taken like 30 practice tests over the summer and have only gotten above a 600 on 1 of them. apparently this score seems too low to get into any combined med program and if i do premed and then take the mcat, i'll most likely fail the english part on that. will this stop me from becoming doctor or should i apply to med programs anyway even the chances are next to zero.

yea u have a better chance if u apply then u do if u dont

besides u cant predict how u will do on ur MCAT as a senior in HS.

Practice practice practice, dont rule urself out now
