Nature vs. Nurture Argument

Whenever I see an episode, it’s either a judge not allowing some crucial thing that obviously should be allowed, or allowing something absolutely ridiculous. But hey, whatever advances the plot.

Ironically that show just came on as I was reading your post.

Let me know if there’s a crazy/vague judge.

I don’t know yet there’s just a bunch of explosions and confusion. We’ll see soon enough.

“Your Honor, that was expunged when I turned 18! They can’t use that to implicate me in this allegation, 30 years later.”

“The charge may have been expunged… but this newspaper article about it wasn’t!”

“I’m going to allow this. But watch yourself.”

He’s being rather vague, yes. Not the worst I’ve seen though.

On a tangent; CSI Miami! David Caruso! One-liners while putting sunglasses on! Terrible acting! lmao

Oh, I’m watching the Daily Show. I was quoting a past episode I’ve seen. One with Robin Williams as the bad guy.

And we’ve turned this entire thread into a tangent, haha.

Haha I was talking about the judge from the Law and Order show. Or maybe I misunderstood you. Forgive me.

And I love how we are going on a tangent about going on tangents in a thread that was already on a tangent.

I don’t even understand if we’re on the same page about what judge we’re talking about.

But now this is a tangent about that tangent on tangents in the tangent thread. But is this another tangent on that?

I’m going to assume that the tangent by now is a constant, take its derivative, and start off again at zero.

How are you?

I am alright. How are you?

Furthermore, potatoes.

What the hell?

'Tis a tangent.

'Tis many tangents. If this thread were a function it would be y = x^20 or something, or else we’d have been at zero for awhile.

Potatoes are what I ate for lunch today, so I am doing well.

I like you; you are quite random in a pretty awesome way. Just saying.

Thank you. You are also very good at these tangents.

Potatoes… The Irish Potato Famine was mentioned in my Western Civilization class today. It was a natural disaster, but the British made it a famine by increasing the exports of other food from Ireland. Otherwise, Ireland still would have had more than enough food. It was so bad, Native Americans were sending aid to the Irish. Native Americans, themselves, had been in pretty bad situations, with famine, slaughter, colonization, and disease. The Spanish accidentally gave them Small Pox while oppressing them, but the Brits did it on purpose, with Small Pox blankets.

Also, potatoes can grow in very bad dirt, I hear. The soil here, in South Florida, is quite bad for most crops, in comparison to more fertile areas. Otherwise, I would like to grow corn. Or maize, actually, since corn is (or was) synonymous with just “grain”.

Yeah, I don’t think the Native Americans have been in a “not bad” situation since before Europeans discovered America.

I love Florida, namely the Keys, Orlando, Miami, and Captiva Beach / Sanibel Island. I almost wish I lived there.

I would not like to grow anything myself. I appreciate your agricultural activism though.

The Keys are nice, Orlando’s okay to visit, Miami depends on what part (I wandered into a drug booth that had duffel bags of cocaine). I like Florida, but I don’t think I’ll live here much longer.

How is it in the region of your residence?

I just want to do something useful if there is land at my disposal. A lawn seems pointless to me. I would prefer a meadow or farmland.

You know, the English invented the modern concept of the lawn. Like the Christmas tree thing.

Booo. Keep things on tangent.

lol Yeah I saw a girl getting arrested not 5 minutes after I left MIA the first time I visited Miami.

Here in Missouri it’s great. To live. I wouldn’t recommend visiting except maybe St. Louis. Some great attractions there: Arch, Busch Stadium, etc. I’d tell more about my place of residence but stranger danger! lol

But yeah moral of the story: cornfields other than KC, StL, Springfield, Columbia, and maybe Jefferson City. Great place to live if you are in the suburbs though.

I would prefer a pool. Or a waterfall. Or something awesome like that. But that’s because I’m a heartless *******. Not really but a waterfall would just rock. (No pun intended?)

You know a lot about the English. It’s quite fascinating.

Speaking of fascination, I just listened to that one song by Human League. 'Twas enjoyable.

Six hours to wake up call. Angel out.

Well, I know a lot about the Irish, which necessitates knowing a lot about the tyrants in their land since 1169.

Yeah, it’s 1:22am for me, and I have to wake at 6am. But first I should finish this PowerPoint for teaching Public Forum Debate tomorrow.
