Regarding your act-the naval academy only looks at English and Math-not the composite score. what did you score in those sections?

the sat only looks at CR and Math-what did you score in those sections?

where are you from-competitive area or not?

class rank?

team captain?

Your scores call for improvement. Take them as often as you can, always aware of the deadlines vs. test dates. Work on those.

What is rank? Where are you from? (Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah’ll be bettern VA n PA n CA).

While all candidates can work to improve, you among them, you would appear to be viable if not a likely LOA candidate. Keep pressing. You seem to have one great advantage though. God. He does amazing stuff. Keep Him on your side, and pursue multiple plans concurrently including ROTC. Good luck.

btw, as you’ll learn, knowing if one is ‘competitive’ for SAs is not at all similar to pondering that question w/ regard to selective secular institutions for the simple reason that your competitive pools are different.

I live in Central Florida. And my CR was a 550 and math was 550 as well. And for the ACT my reading was a 28 and math was a 31. Again this is my first time taking both. And I am number 50ish out of 600 in class rank.I am also the team captain of my lacrosse team and play on a competitive summer team as well.

FL is highly competitive. You seem to be on right track. Keep working on your scores. 600 SAT on each is sorta the start point absent being one of the target “priority” groups, which are substantially different. Rank is good, keep working. Lacrosse and capt is thumbs up, too. Keep loading the wagon!

I have also done The National Youth Leadership Forum on National Security. And in January 2013 I am attending the Collegiate Presidential Inauguration Conference.

And could you tell me what these “priority” groups are?

No, PC pirates get all worked up.

It’s a slam dunk sure bet though that if you don’t know, you are not accustomed to the unique benefits they receive. Sorry, you’ll have to fend on your own merits.
