Naviance and the Common App programs cannot communicate.

<p>Here is what my counselor sent me last night. </p>

<p>I finished your recommendation, but when I tried to transmit your file to the colleges, I got the following message, so Naviance and the Common App programs cannot communicate. When you correct this, let me know so I can send your file. </p>

<p>This student was not successfully matched. Here are possible reasons why we were not able to locate this student record:
•The Common app username and password entered for this student are not correct</p>

<p>I need to solve this asap. any help will be appreciated.</p>

<p>There is a place in Naviance where you are supposed to enter your Common App Online username and password. Have you done that? If so, I would verify that they are correct by re-entering them if possible. If that doesn’t fix the issue I would recommend that your teacher contact the Naviance support team for help.</p>

<p>if you put in the wrong password/username your counselor is they only one who can fix this issue</p>
