Naviance/ FERPA help

My school uses Naviance and as I was reading the how to connect the Common App to Naviance directions and it said to add at least one school then it gave me the other steps.

I followed everything and connected but I only added one school at the time.

When I added more they would not show up on Naviance. Does anyone know how to fix this or if it just takes sometime to update or any help.

I don’t think that the two are connected, other than FERPA. The colleges added on the CA won’t transfer over into Naviance. You’ll have to add them “by hand”.

The guidance office at our high school gives us instructions on how to do this. Check with them once you start school.
