Naviance issues

My teachers have submitted recommendation letters to my schools but when I open the portal for a few of my common app schools it says that they have not been received. I looked onto naviance and it says “submitted” next to the teacher’s name and changed from “requested” earlier. I have been notified by two schools who were not common app that they received my letters. I have linked the common app and naviance before this. What is the problem and how can/should I go about solving it?

Give it a week or so – sometimes there is a bit of a lag between when things are received and when they get logged into the system.

We totally ran into the same issues. It’s not in real time per se. Contact your counselor also to make sure if you think there is a problem.

Were the schools on the student’s original list or were the added after? Definitely contact counselor as they can see more on their end
