Are Naviance scattergrams updated for 2019 on your schools’ websites? My son goes to a really large high school and his counselors are telling me that Naviance has full control over when 2019 scattergrams are posted to the website. I recall last year that I was able to see data being populated into scattergrams in December 2018 for ED1. Currently it’s only showing the last 3 years (2016-2018). Nothing so far for 2019 ED1, ED2, or RD.
We won’t see 2019 data until August. Our S19 was just called into the guidance office to make sure all of his college app info was updated in Naviance. We have 700+ kids in the grade and it takes a while to get everyone’s info. Then, I think it’s all updated over the summer.
Same as above–D19’s large, public high school’s Naviance won’t be updated until August. When our school loads the data they don’t load ED/RD/EA detail, unfortunately
I just checked Navi’s ce the other day. It was updated with my son’s results, but missing 2 schools. What’s that about? Do they limit the number?
Thank you for your replies! Our school’s GC is saying the same thing. I’m just confused as to why/how I was able to see ED and RD results in real time last year but not this year. Thanks again, I guess we wait until August.
Ditto, I recall seeing early app data (the diagram with little people that says number applied and number admitted right above the scattergram) in Dec and Jan last school year, with RD all in by the first week of June. I have not seen anything yet for 2019. I had assumed this was high school specific.
I think it’s high school specific. Our school (unfortunately) does not have the upgrade where we can see ED. The school wants all updates from the kids before graduation next week but I think they still have to hunt down kids after that to get their decisions. Decisions are not automatically entered into Naviance. The students themselves have to tell the counselors who update Naviance and, for our school with 700 kids and 90% of them going to a four year college, this takes some time.
