Our Calculus teacher does this competition for basketball and (this year) football. We have to bet which teams will win, the scores, and how sure we are. We rack up points for every game we bet right. The person with the most points wins. If there's a tie, then the person who guesses closest to the finale game score wins.

I bet on Navy, and my teacher laughed his head off at me.

Goats on the run!!! Trampling CSU...:D

My husband and our daughter attended the game last night. At work they had a raffle for awesomne 50 yard line club level seats and he won 2 of them!!!

Alum '72 and LOA Candidate 2010 came home around 1am last night as giddy as 2 drunken sailors, they had such a great time!

GO NAVY!

The bowl game was awesome...but that was half of the fun I had. Between seeing Coronado Amphibious Base (both the Amphib side and the SEAL side), MCAS Miramar, NAS North Island, and MCRD San Diego the week was great.

I have uploaded some pics to a site:

I hope to add some other photos in the near future.

What's the date?

Sorry it was the other night. The night I posted that.

Reckon I should have read the whole thread.... :/

Great pics. I thought they closed down MCAS Mirimar though. .

MCAS Miramar was the former NAS Miramar ("Top Gun" school). It was taken over by the Marine Corps about 4-5 years ago from what I have been told. Top Gun school is now located at NAS Fallen, Nevada.

Oh, thanks. You learn something new every day. . . . ;)
