pau gasol is a soft and yells like hes getting raped everytime he shoots in the post and he’s ****ing ugly, he has to be the ugliest player in the league after DJ mbenga.

ron artest thinks he’s dennis rodman except he cant rebound.

derek fisher takes the worst shots ever - giving him a 40% career fg%.

lamar odom is the classiest player in the league (im being sarcastic). people keep saying oh he would be an allstar if he were are a starter - HE WAS!!! stupid ass broadcasters, he was starting for years and years.

Sasha vujacic LOL he gets called for a foul for the same foul everytime acting like he can defend.

donotletshannondunk.com

the only player that I didn’t hate left (trevor ariza) so yeah i hate the lakers all around.

Gasol and Kobe are the two players who are most robbed by the referees in the league. Also, since when is it appropriate to judge players based on their looks? I’m sure you’re not exactly Brad Pitt yourself. And your comment about DJ Mbenga has hateful racism oozing out of it.

Ron Artest can’t rebound? He’s a small forward. He doesn’t need to, not when he has three solid 10+ rebounders per game in Bynum, Odom, and Gasol. His career rebounding numbers are not bad for a small forward. Artest is a perimeter defender, Rodman wasn’t. Get it straight.

Lamar is a nice guy. Kevin Garnett is the guy you should be going after. Odom will never be an all-star, but he is close. He struggles with inconsistency.

Brown is athletic, but doesn’t pass the ball well. That entire dunk contest sucked, so I don’t see why you want to single out Brown.

Vujacic and Fisher- Every real Lakers fan agrees completely with you about both their horrid shot selection and accuracy as well as their abysmal defense.

Wow a lot of basketball fans on cc. :)

^
Which team are you cheering for? I seriously cannot wait until your team is eliminated.

“I seriously cannot wait until your team is eliminated.”

why cant you wait till the team I am cheering for to be eliminated?

I think he’s a Laker fan, lol

^
If you watched any Laker games at all, you would agree. Kobe is the only superstar to be treated like a scrub in this league.

I’ve watched plenty of Laker games. And I’ve seen him nail plenty of shots while his 3 foot halo was violated. I’ve also seen him miss potentially game tying shots in the closing seconds without being touched, only to get the foul called and sink the tying FT’s so that the Lakers win.

And that’s the problem with Laker fans. They’re terrible homers and have absolutely no awareness of that fact.

Okay, you can talk all you want about the team like your opinion isn’t going to affect mine, but please just don’t be ignorant and keep calling us “homers” because a majority of us are not just like fans of every other team in the NBA.

Celtics 3-0 Heat. :)

Pierce Buzzer Beater was Sickly Smooth.

See the problem is that that’s completely false. I’ve encountered Laker fans from all types of backgrounds and in all types of circumstances, and at least 90% are either complete homers or playoff band wagoners. Even the people in this thread rejecting that idea have done absolutely nothing in their own comments to dispel it. I’d really say it’s just objective fact.

The team itself doesn’t really bother me. Sure, Kobe’s a complete ****, but how many NBA superstars aren’t? Sasha Vujacic and Pau Gasol are whiny **es, and Ron Artest is a thug and an alcoholic, but again, this is the NBA we’re talking about. The only person there really is to dislike is Phil Jackson.

Why you gotta be hatin on Phil dawg? He’s just keepin it real…

Lakers Utah next round…should be a lot of fun. If it weren’t for the Lakers I would be rooting for the Jazz, especially because of Coach Sloan.

^ lol *** ? phil jackson leaves whenever a team starts losing he’s a *ing

Ah last nights game was freakin’ awesome.

" Okay, you can talk all you want about the team like your opinion isn’t going to affect mine, but please just don’t be ignorant and keep calling us “homers” because a majority of us are not just like fans of every other team in the NBA. "

haha yeah, the lakers rarely have losing seasons, other teams have loyal fans, the lakers just have “fans” that only watch the lakers and don’t know **** about the nba. Ie. this stupid ***** in my class was saying kobe didn’t need shaq. who the **** got 3 finals mvps ? stupid **. So called “fans” who were no where to be seen after shaq left and the lakers had seasons of 33, 42 and 45(?) wins and kobe was dissing Andrew Bynum on camera saying they should trade him for jason kidd, then whining like a lil saying he was going to sign with the Bulls or the Clippers and the clippers hauled their entire roster to make room for him. Not even going to mention the rape.

yeah and the fact that you think the lakers don’t get calls proves you are a homer. Hell, even those lame ass announcers joe and stu are homers. They are the least enthusiastic announcers ever, when it comes to the other team.

case 1: [YouTube - Corey Brewer Dunks on Derek Fisher](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxfb3pTm2Hw)

yeah I was talking about ron artest’s HAIR as a joke, but obviously none of you even know dennis rodman. having other rebounderss does not preclude you from rebounding, that;s just a lame excuse.

heh, you know nothing of lamar odom. please, do some research about his days as a clipper/heat.

I didn’t see him leave when we finished 42-40 and had Smush Parker, Brian Cook, Shammond Williams, and Vladimir Radmanovic in our rotation.

Exactly. They are nowhere to be found in the NBA.

Every team has that. Celtics “fans” were cheering MVP for Kobe in 06-07. Clipper fans are nowhere to be found after their choke job against the Suns in 07.

You are using a person from your class to represent Laker fans as whole? You just lost any sense of credibility muh man.

Again, every team has those kinds of fans. Just ask the Celtics fans who came out of the doghouse in 08. I’m not sure why every Laker fan is a homer because of that.

LOL Kobe never said he “was going to” sign with the Bulls or the Clippers. Those teams were interested on signing Kobe, not the other way around. Not his fault if the Clippers decided to get rid of their players (who exactly did they get rid of I don’t even know).

I’m not even gonna talk about this.

I don’t want to start **** in here, but please use facts when trying to argue with someone.

^^Did you miss the 2005 season?

Are you talking about 2004-2005 or 2005-2006?
