<p>Are there any hardcore bball fans out here in Cornell, any clubs or games or activities related over here? I just got here, looking to see whats out there thats related, or even any NBA 2k9 players on campus?</p>
<p>Just wait until basketball season starts - I think there’s only one game before winter break, but once the season starts there’s a good crowd at games.</p>
<p>haha that’s like asking if there are any people at cornell that like music or guitar hero or sailing or lacrosse. with this many people there is a slice of every type of pie… personally… im a huge bball fan and i played nba2k8 on xbox live and got up to rank #2 in the whole 2k8 online community. … i enjoy tooting my own horn about that, even though there were only like a couple thousand people haha.</p>
<p>if youre good enough, there is club basketball- and cornells var. bball team is not too shabby, at least in comparison with similar caliber sports programs. there was a very lived tournament berth last year and a probable second this year. theres plenty here for ya bud</p>
