Guys I got in!!! I’m not sure which campus either @haco9655 ( my letter hasn’t come yet either) but I’m going for math too and I’m so happy!!!

I got in as well!!! I’m going for Spanish, so I’ll be at West! I haven’t gotten a letter but they called my mom and my school to say that I got in… Not sure why I haven’t received a letter yet.

How much do you guys think going to Governor’s School helps on a college app? I’m applying to several Ivies and other top tier schools, but I’m worried that this won’t be as impressive as I hope

Hey guys I went to GSE’17 and can confirm that attending GS essentially guarantees you a spot in Chapel Hill, and several of my friends are attending universities such as Brown, Uchicago, Princeton, Columbia, Georgetown, WashU etc…

@j0llyrancher do you remember when you found out who your roommate was or was it like you met them when you got there?

I read in the manual for GSW that we’d get them in early June, because the Governor’s School office doesn’t open until then
