<p>What the crap is with the required date, down to the day, of when you are no longer going to live in the house you're living in. Who actually knows that in time to put on their applications?</p>

<p>What do I do? I know my parents are moving to Nashville next year, and if I end up staying in NC I'm changing my residency to be with my grandparents or something, but I don't know the exact date we're moving out. does anyone else have a problem with this?</p>
