I found out a bit early bc the COD needs to notify/ready its applicants about interviews and other things. I wasn’t sure that I made it into the COD at first because I only heard from the undergrad admissions and not the COD, but my admissions letter had my major listed as Industrial Design. Hopefully, that will help some future design kids who might be as confused as I was

Strengths: Coming from a small school with no AP classes offered. I took a bunch of Dual enrollment courses which I think were beneficial to my application.
Weaknesses: EC’s but my school doesn’t offer many besides the ones that I listed above.
Why you think you were accepted/deferred/rejected: I think it was my potential leadership capabilities and my county.
Where else were you accepted/deferred/rejected:
General Comments: Always considered this a slight reach but I think I was accepted because of my area. I Was also accepted to UNC-CH Who meet full financial aid so I don’t know if I will attend NC state.
