dont worry i don’t think it had much to do with the decision, i’m education and mine is there
i don’t think so either when i got my EA decision my portal looked the exact same up until i got my decision except i had the enroll tab that was the only diff

anyones portal still the same (exploratory, business major here )
I’m an exploratory studies major and the only difference i had was the “submit by march 1st” box was gone
my box is gone now too
