Down to the wire on the decision, I believe my daughterâs heart is with NC State and the honors program. Duke did come back with some aid, but not enough to sway the decision, while Carolina quickly responded that they would not reconsider application to the Honors college, although students can reapply each year. Many lists of pros and cons were reviewed between the schools. One thing is for sure, the deadline is Monday, so her decision between Carolina and State is near. And good news for someone on the Duke waitlist! Remember that Dukies when they come to play at Cameron
