NC State summer engineering programs?

<p>So after I've been rejected from my first choice summer program, I've been looking into these. Especially this one in particular: <a href="http://www.ne.ncsu.edu/outreach/summerprogram/index.html%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://www.ne.ncsu.edu/outreach/summerprogram/index.html&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p>

<p>So basically, does this sound like a good program, or is it just a donation of $900? I've looked at the schedule and apparently designing a project is part of the program, and in spare time students can do "research work." Promising or not?</p>

<p>It sounds to me promising (not A LOT, but yet pretty decent and promising). Now, if u decide to attend UNC schools it definitely looks pretty fabulous.........which one have u been rejected RECAP?!</p>
