NC State Transfers?

<p>I am thinking of applying to the university as a sophomore transfer student. </p>

<p>How easy is the transition into the university as a transfer student (making friends, registering for classes, housing, etc.) and how fast does the process of being accepted/denied usually take? </p>

<p>Also, how heavily weighed are high school grades for transfers?</p>
