<p>Hey guys. I've been accepted to NC state and GA Tech but I'm having a hard time choosing. I"m an NC resident so it is much cheaper to go to state but Ive heard Tech is 3rd in the country for civil engineering. Most of my friends will be going to state and as of right now my family is only 20 minutes away? Which is better for my situation?</p>
<p>NC State is the no-brainer. You’d be saving almost $20,000 a year on tuition.</p>
<p>How many NC State engineers vs how many GT alums in the RDU area? THAT’s an advantage of going to NC State. BTW, remember the guy who forgot an iPhone prototype he was working on at some bar? He’s NCSU grad.</p>
