<p>I'm just curious about how Columbia usually deals with Noncustodial Profile waivers. I had to file one due to my currently poor relationship with my bio-dad. We have not had any contact since May of last year, and although I do have most of his contact info (I believe it hasn't changed) and I explained to him the importance of the NCP in regards to financial aid, he continues to ignore me. </p>
<p>Is it likely my waiver will be approved? If not, then what should I do?</p>
<p>BTW, if it really matters, my mother and father have been divorced since 1997. I know some schools consider this. </p>
