I can't really find anyone in my area who knows enough to tell me, so here I am.
My name is Nix. I'm a rising junior, hoping to be accepted into NCSSM this upcoming school year. It's an opportunity that I not only really really want... I need it.
To be frank, I've run out of options. As of the end of next semester, I've completely run the gauntlet of math, and science courses offered. (I'm currently enrolled in AP Calculus AB, and chemistry) and ways to further approach where I want to go. (I'm considering a career in physics and am extremely interesting in both Oxford U. and the University of Glasgow) overseas!
My other option is to drive an hour one way to COA every day. I'd like a foreign language besides Spanish too, and taking one online doesn't appeal to me much. :/
My classes this year are;
Calc. Seminar
Honors Spanish 3
Advanced chemistry
Earth science-
Honors civics
Honors English 2
AP calculus
Psychology honors

The only AP's that my school offers are Calculus, 11th grade US history, and English 4.

I'm involved in drama club, envirothon, and history club, and have competed in quite a lot of math/science/other competitions for my school.

I'm ranked 1 in my class, my weighted GPA is approximately a 5, and I'm from district one, gates county... Not exactly competitive cx
I got a 1860 on my SAT. I was kind of disappointed, but... It can be improved.

There are two other potential applicants from my school. (The #3 and #8 ranked students)
I'm the other sophomore taking calculus and Spanish 3 here! :3

Any one want to help me figure this out? >.<
