<p>In the Program Brochure, it said "announced in October".</p>
<p>btw, you could email the NCTE contact listed at their website to find out your status.
Bec most seniors have to submit their resume etc. to Guidance and/or teachers (for Recomm Letters),
you probably would want to include NCTE info (if you are a winner!)

Writing judging always has some subjective component.
NCTE also has a per-state allotment for # of winners.</p>
