ND Early Action? yes no?

I've got a 32 ACT: Writing 35 Reading 34 Math 28 Science 30
3.916 Unweighted GPA
I come from a pretty competitive school and although we don't rank, I'm most likely in the top 20 percent at least.
My question is whether i should apply early action for ND....i asked my counselor already and they said that it was ultimately my decision..but im not sure if it will be harder or the same chances of getting in! Help please!</p>
