<p>Usually I don't care about these things too much but everyone knows ND has the best helmets and since ESPN hates us, it would be great to win won of their stupid competitions.</p>
<p>Especially since South Bend isn't even in the top 20 for Titletown USA even though we have the most storied football team not to mention all our other sports that are amazing. Plus, isn't the College Football Hall of Fame in South Bend?</p>

<p>I bet about 30% of Texas’ votes are coming from people who actively hate Notre Dame. I mean, c’mon. The gold paint actually contains the gold from The Dome. That’s gotta be the coolest piece of equipment in all of collegiate sports.</p>
<p>obviously haha. plus, a private institution wouldnt win because there’s so many less students and thus less followers. ND is the only private school that would have a chance since it does have such a huge following.</p>
