I got accepted to both, and they would cost about the same amount.
ND is more academically prestigious, and the overall ranking and business school ranking are better than BC's. However, I want to major in Accounting (and probably double major in finance), and BC was just ranked #1 by business week for undergraduate accounting specialty.
In terms of Networking, both has powerful alumni connections.
However, the location of the two cannot be more different; BC is close to Boston =) while ND is almost at the middle of nowhere. Does the location really make that big of a difference in a business major? If so, how much?
Also, both schools are pretty intense about their sport teams and religion. But I'm neither a huge sports fan nor religious....But BC tends to be more liberal comparatively..I guess.
Which one would you pick if you were me?
I really can't decide. So, I appreciate any comments.
Thanks a lot!
