NEA to lobby hard for illegals' in-state tuition

<p>There is research indicating that Hispanic immigrants don’t cost particular government institutions much while contributing to the economy. <p>The claim in the article is that the Hispanic population costs the state budget a net $102 per Hispanic resident in health care, education and correctional services. That’s fine for the state budget but what about all of the other government expenses? There’s the rub. The headline looks great but the hamburger is all bun.</p>
