Near Perfect Test scores (Perfect ACT); Subpar GPA. Where should i apply?

<p>^for him, I think class rank will be considered way more than a 3.54 GPA because it seems like a really tough school.</p>

<p>And I think most colleges will just consider his 36 on the ACT and not his SAT score.</p>
