Hi,

Do IB bankers know the difficulty of courses and if they do, how much importance do they give to the quality of courses?

I assume college, GPA and extra-curriculars are the most important criteria in selection?

It does not matter. College (target vs semi-target vs non-target, after that GPA (north of a 3.5 is good, north of a 3.7 is great), then is internship experience and leadership experience (internship is more important when going for FT, but early in your internship career leadership and ECs are big), then is relevant coursework (relevant does NOT necessarily mean difficult, but rather accounting and finance coursework, at least the basics).
