Necessary books for Chem 2A?

I’m a CE major, and won’t ever be taking Chem after this quarter.

Haven’t got my books for chem yet, really expensive. I have Clemens for Chemistry 2A, and was wondering what materials I really need?

I can get:
General Chemistry non-Davis edition for 85 dollars.
Selected solutions manual for 30 dollars.
Mastering Chemistry Access Code for 60.
Chem 2A Reader for 30.

I am going to get the textbook of course. It’s the latter 3 I’m worried about. Especially Mastering Chemistry. Is any of this necessary? It says ‘optional’, but there seems to be an emphasis on doing homework with Mastering Chemistry.
