necessary to withdraw incomplete apps?

I have submitted Commonapp and supplement to a certain college but haven't paid app fee and request official SAT score reports to be sent. But now I realized I didn't really wanna go there so I don't plan to complete the required procedure. (the school already provided me an URL for tracking system, though) Will it be harmful in anyway that I don't withdraw and don't pay $ ?

No harm to you, but the resources the school uses to attend to your application and follow up with you could be used in other better ways.

It’s easy to withdraw. Just send a one sentence email to the admissions office telling them you would like to withdraw your application. In the signature, use your full name, include your high school and common app ID.

It’s not necessary, but you can let them know if you want to

It isn’t necessary. The school might review the application anyway. If you REALLY don’t want to go there, it would be nice to withdraw so you can give someone who REALLY WANTS to go the opportunity to go.
