Need a few reaches and a few more target

This is my first post, hoping for some input. I'm a senior, and I have a list of schools going but I'm nowhere near done with it. I have my safeties and targets, but I definitely need at least two more reaches and a few more targets as well.

Here are my stats:

3.88 weighted GPA
SAT (best):
Math: 590
Reading: 620
Writing: 670

ACT comp: 27
ACT superstore: 28

Have a few solid extra-curriculers and volunteer work...I know my stats aren't very good but need some reaches anyway. Just throw anything out there that you think might be good.. I'd prefer a school with no less than 3,000 and no more than around 20,000. I don't want it to be a huge party/drug scene and it's a plus if people are sort of outdoorsy. I basically just want to find some schools where even though it may not be at the top to get into, people are still working hard and there are good academics. I know I didn't give many specifics but if anyone has any input, it would be much appreciated. :) oh and it can be anywhere in the country, but better if it's around the northeast and midwest.

I have the same dilemma! Looking for schools in the same area. I have a 3.6 uw gpa and 28 Act :-).
I also need more reaches!

I’d generally recommend these, but there are so many factors to consider!
The University of Rochester
Case Western Reserve University
University of Richmond
Boston College
Wake Forest University

What do you want to major in?

I have my safeties

These may be schools that will accept you, but do you know 100% that you have all costs covered? If so, then great. If not, then they’re not safeties. an unaffordable school isn’t a safety.

TCNJ, U. Delaware, Elon, Ithaca, Quinnipiac

oops …

Outdoorsy target schools…

UColorado Boulder, UOregon, UPuget Sound, Lewis and Clark U, UWashington.

What schools are on your list now? That may give people an idea of what you find appealing.

I have:

CU Boulder
University of Denver
SUNY Geneseo
SUNY Binghamton
SUNY Albany
University of Wisconsin
University of Delaware

I’m honestly not interested in any of the SUNYs and Binghamton is a reach, but I needed to put them there because they’re state schools. I just need more of a variety… trying to find a reach liberal arts school or a smaller public school. Don’t know exactly what I want to major in but probably more towards the social sciences and not math/technology/science.
