You also can find all of that information on each college website. They all list the cost of attendance for in and out of state students. They all have a section for scholarships and the criteria for them. Some even list the requirements to maintain certain scholarships.
If you are willing to post your stats…GPA and SAT or ACT (if you have them) there are plenty of folks on this forum that can tell you what’s what in the States you list.
