Need a List

To make a long story short I withdrew from my college and my parents are letting me stay at home this fall, but they have a few demands. One is that I need to have a list 6 colleges that I am going to apply to for the Spring term. I am lost on which types colleges would be reaches, matches, etc.
Just some stats.
SAT CR: 650 M: 650
I attended Univ. of Vermont from Fall 2009 - Spring 2010.
Mathematics Major
First Semester 16 credits: 3.12 GPA
Second Semester 18 credits: 3.81 GPA
I was also a non-contracted cadet in the university's ROTC program.
With a 3.48 Cumulative GPA I was ranked 200/1252 in the College of Arts and Sciences.

If anybody could give me an idea on what colleges would be reach schools, match schools, safety schools for transferring in my case that would be greatly appreciated.

You need to give us more information. What state/s do you want to go to school and if there is anything else you’re looking for?

You’re only taking one semester off school right, and plan on going back spring semester of your sophomore year right? What do you plan on doing during your time off?

Thank you H2013 for replying. I don’t know too much about the college transfer process and what college admission boards are looking for in a transfer student. Any sort of guidance will be appreciated. I would like to attend a college either in the northeast or the mid-Atlantic states. As for the fall semester I am going to work as an unskilled laborer.

How much can your family afford to pay? Needing aid makes it much trickier.

I won’t need college, so I will be able to pay full tuition.
I forgot to include include that I don’t have preference on the size or setting of the university.

If I were you I would apply to some of the following:

Rutgers University in New Brunswick

Ohio State University: Columbus Campus

University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

University of Wisconsin-Madison

University of Pittsburgh

Boston University

Northeastern University

University of Maryland: College Park

University of Michigan

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

Boston College

Thank you Jerzey Jon for your recommendations.Correct me if I am wrong but it seems that for transfer students my reach/match/safety list is going to based on my SAT scores (so it will look exactly like the one in high school). In response to Jerzey Jon’s list wouldn’t it be more advantageous to apply private university because I don’t need fin-aid?

Actually, Private Universities typically give more financial aid than Public Universities. If money doesn’t matter to you, then whether the school is Public or Private shouldn’t either.

Also, add these to the list:

University of Virginia

College of William and Mary

Villanova University

New York University

Wake Forest University

George Washington University

You have a nice chance at being accepted to all of the schools I’ve posted. My suggestion: Go nuts, apply to each one. Since, money isn’t an option, apply to them all, and go to the one you like the most.
