To qualify for a full ride at a potential college, I need to either bring up my ACT by one point (to a 34) or my SAT by 90 points (to a 1490, out of 1600, obviously). I think taking the ACT again would be a complete crapshoot, since one of the reasons I did so well last time was a high science score, and a similar score isn't something I should count on.
My subscores for the only SAT I've taken are a 650 M and 750 CR. Obviously, there isn't a whole lot of room for improvement on the CR, because even if I brought it up to 800 it wouldn't be enough. How do I increase my math score, even if it's just by something like fifty points? The bright side is, I have a bit of time to work on it.

Get the blue book and go through all the math sections. I you can get Chung for the tips and PR for more math practice if you have used up the OC and BB.

I haven’t used any prep materials before, I’m quite unfamiliar with them.

Get Blue Book is a book of tests from CB itself so, if you go through all of the book maybe you can get a 800 in CR and 700+ in math

Then you really do need a prep book

Get the blue book. Just get it.
And focus on math? IMHO, it’s the easiest to increase but a couple points. That, and writing.
