<p>I am graduating in a week, and I need to sub-let my room for the summer. It's in a nice 5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house. $330/month + utilities. Ideal for an incoming UCF student who needs a place before school starts, and before campus housing opens, in August. Much cheaper than campus housing for the summer. No pets allowed. The room is available from May 1st - August 1st. </p>
