Need a quick answer to recommendation question

<p>Hey, I am applying to transfer to schools such as Brandeis, NYU Stern, Lehigh, George Washington and Cornell. Tomorrow I need to give my teacher the enveloped that he will send out the common app recommendation form and recommendation in. I need to know what to put as the address. I understand that for the address to who I am sending I put the admission office of the college. I would like to know about the other address though, should I put my address or the leave it blank for the professor to fill out with his address because he is going to be the one mailing it. </p>

<p>From how it seems this recommendation will reach the schools before my application because I will complete my application later on but my professor may send it out within the next few weeks or so. If anyone knows if this is alright, let me know.</p>

<p>For the return address, I prefer putting the student's rather than the prof's address. Then, if there is a problem and the letter is returned, you can deal with it rather than your prof. There's no problem with the LOR getting to the school earlier than your app, the school will hold any pieces until your package is complete.</p>
