Hey guys,

For my SAT essay I'm looking for an introductory anecdote than can apply to essentially any prompt. Any ideas? Please don't reply saying that there isn't one because there's a creative solution to everything. Thanks guys!

quotes too!

Sorry, but there’s no such thing. Part of how you’re marked will be how well your examples support your specific point, so a general anecdote or quote will give you a mediocre mark in that respect. Try compiling a list of useful quotes that cover a range of different topics and ideas. For anecdotes, you can always use your own experiences.

you need to be as specific as possible so i suggest making up stuff on the spot, worked for me.
