Need advice about dropping a class...

Okay.. so I'm a senior and I'm in French I. I really like languages, and I took this class in addition to Spanish IV this year. I like French as a language; however, this class is soooo sooo boring. I'm slowly dying with 35 horrid, extremely dumb, and shallow little freshmen in my class. I have an A+ and it is ridiculously easy. I'm not really learning much (I could self-study and learn a heck of a lot more). Some of our projects include a coloring book and we also still get participation points (umm.. I'm not a kindergartener anymore). So you get the idea. Anyway, to the point; I want to drop this class at semester. But I have a couple things I could do (and I haven't made my mind up):

1) Keep the class and suffer but also take a college class in political science (a subject that I'm extremely interested in)
2) Drop the french class at hs, take a college french class that'll be much more fast-paced
3) Drop the french class, take jewelry (slacker class) instead. Not that french isn't a slacker class as well, really
4) Drop the french class, take a free period at hs, and take a college class in political science

Also, another thing to keep in mind; if I change my schedule, I'll have to contact all the admissions offices of the 6 colleges that I sent my senior year courses to already.

Which would be best in your opinion? Would changing classes have a bad effect on college admissions (applying to a couple pretty selective schools); and lastly, would colleges consider college courses to be equivalent substitutes to High school courses? Thanks!
